Nissan R34 Skyline Finally Legal to Import to U.S.

The iconic R34 Skyline GT-R from Nissan has been a fixture in the automotive world for quite some time, but it never graced the roads of the United States. This extraordinary supercar made its debut in 1998 and remained on the market until 2002, yet it never received official importation or sales authorization in the U.S. Nevertheless, this didn't dampen the dreams and aspirations of countless enthusiasts who yearned to own one since its unveiling. While the advertised power figures for most models stood at 276 horsepower and 289 lb-ft of torque, reports revealed that the 1999 R34 Skyline actually unleashed around 330 horsepower, a remarkable feat during that era.
